Qualifications & Responsibilities

1. Minimum D4/S1  in Industrial Relations, Law, and other related majors

2. Minimum work experience of 1 year

3. Understanding the Employment Law and the Job Creation Law

4. Having extensive and up-to-date insights into labor regulations

5. Understanding the basics of creating a work contract

6. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7. Having good communication, teamwork, and administrative skills

8. Having negotiation skills

9. Responsible for the creation and extension of work contracts

10. Responsible for the implementation of exit clearance

11. Responsible for controlling company regulations and other company policies

12. Ensuring employee compliance with company regulations and other company policies 

13. Overcoming and anticipating disputes 

14. Maintaining good relations with external parties/regulators
