HC People Development & Performance Management

Are you a professional who is passionate about human resource development and performance management? PT Neural Technologies Indonesia is looking for HC People Development & Performance Management Specialist with at least 1 to 3 years of experience. Your role will include designing talent management and succession programs, analyzing performance data and preparing reports, and determining and monitoring KPIs. If you have the ability to manage employee development strategically, understand organizational performance dynamics, and have accuracy in data analysis, we want you to join our team.

Requirements :

1. Minimum  education of D3/D4/S1 in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology, or related fields.

2. 1-3 years of experience in people development, performance management, training, employee development, talent management, and succession programs.

3. Experienced in designing talent management levels

4. Possesses the ability to analyze performance data and prepare reports

5. Able to work both independently and in teams

6. Highly motivated to continuosly learn, develop, and uphold integrity

7. Understanding the principles and practices of performance management, including the establishment and monitoring of KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators) as well as talent and succesion management strategies

8. Having a deep understanding of KPIs, OKRs, and the Balance Scorecard is an added value
