HR Generalist

Shape HR Excellence as an HR Generalist at PT Neural Technologies Indonesia!

Are you passionate about HR with experience in administration hr, recruitment, and payroll? PT Neural Technologies Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or HR management and at least 1 year of experience. If you possess strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and have HR certification, we’d love for you to help us enhance our HR practices.

Requirements :

1. Male/Female, Bachelor's degree in psychology or HR management

2. Min. 1 year experience in HR Generalist

3. Able to operate Microsoft Office

4. Understand the flow of recruitment, training and payroll

5. Good in interview skill

6. Have knowledge about UU Ketenagakerjaan and UU Cipta Kerja

7. Have good communication and adaptation skill

8. Having HR certification is a plus

9. Having coaching skill is a plus

10. Understanding psychology test is a plus

Scope of Work :

Recruitment, employee administration and documentation, company policy development, employee development, compensation and benefits (ComBen), employment contracts, and resignation management.
