HCGA Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HCGA Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in Human Resource Management and experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry, we would love to meet you!

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• A Master's degree in a related field (such as a Master's in Management or Psychology) is a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant HR position, with experience in managing HR teams.

• Experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry is required.

• Experience in planning and implementing HR policies in companies of a similar scale.

• Knowledgeable in recruitment, performance management, training and development, and industrial relations.

• Strong understanding of labor regulations, labor laws, and best HR practices.

• A deep understanding of company culture and the ability to develop and strengthen a culture that aligns with the company's vision and values.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Results-oriented with a focus on organizational development.

• Proficiency in analyzing HR data and reports, as well as managing HR program budgets.
