We are looking for an experienced professional to bring strategic global insights and ensure world-class network service quality for Mobile & Fixed Broadband. If you have the passion, expertise, and vision to shape the future of connectivity in Indonesia, we want you on our team.

1. Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or related fields.

• Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP)

• 5G/4G RAN Planning & Optimization

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP/CCIE)

• Nokia/Huawei/Ericsson/ZTE Certified Network Expert

• FTTH Council Certified

Trained or attended global workshops on QoS/QoE standards, benchmarking methodology, and data-driven network strategy.

2. Experience

• RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) optimization, core network, and/or fixed broadband (FTTx).

• End-to-end service quality management for both mobile and fixed networks.

Skilled in analyzing and providing recommendations based on:

• KPI & QoS metrics: RRC SR, DCR, HOSR, throughput, latency, jitter, packet loss.

• QoE/Customer Experience: NPS, MOS, complaint rate, buffering rate, etc.

• Global benchmarking data: OpenSignal, Tutela, Ookla, nPerf, etc.

Involved in global/regional improvement projects or operator benchmarking best practices.

Experience working or collaborating with international vendors/operators.

3. Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of:

  • Mobile Broadband architecture: RAN, Core, Transmission, DataComm.

  • Fixed Broadband: GPON/XGSPON, IP/MPLS, FTTx Design.

• Strong data analytics skills:

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and/or Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).

  • Familiar with ML pipelines for network optimization, anomaly detection, and customer experience prediction.

• Familiarity with international standards (3GPP, ETSI, ITU-T) and local regulations (Kominfo/BRTI).

• Ability to adapt global best practices into concrete strategies for the Indonesian/regional market.

4. Soft Skills & Other Capabilities

• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving in both technical and business contexts.

• Excellent technical & business communication skills — able to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experienced in creating executive reports and strategic recommendations for senior management (VP/CTO level).

• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team experience (RAN, Core, Transport, Customer Experience, Commercial).

5. Additional Requirements

• Experience in:

  • Global vendors: Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, Nokia, Cisco.

  • Leading operators: Telkomsel, XL Axiata, Indosat Ooredoo, Smartfren, or other regional/international operators.

• Proven track record in implementing AI/ML-based analytics for:

  • Early warning systems

  • Auto-optimization

  • Predictive experience modelling

• Understanding of emerging technology trends:

  • 6G, Open RAN, Network Slicing, Cloud Native Core, Edge Computing.

• Ability to deliver strategic global insights, including cross-country benchmarking and future technology adaptation.
