We’re looking for an Odoo Developer with 0–2 years of experience (or relevant ERP/Software Development internship), skilled in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML. Requirements

1. Minimum education: High School/D1–S1 (IT background preferred)

2. Age 20–35

3. Basic Python skills (OOP, functions, inheritance)

4. Familiar with PostgreSQL & XML

5. Understanding of Odoo structure (models, views, menus, security)

6. Able to perform custom development (fields, views, actions, menus)

7. Able to read and modify default Odoo modules

8. Knowledge of Odoo security (Record Rules, Groups, Access Rights)

9. Able to create/modify reports (QWeb/XML)

10. 0–2 years Odoo development experience or ERP/Software Dev internship

11. Able to install Odoo in a local environment

12. Strong troubleshooting & technical analysis skills

13. Able to work independently or in a team

14. Good understanding of user needs & collaboration

Responsibilities 

1. Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs

2. Create/modify models, views, actions, menus, and custom fields

3. Develop features using Python and XML following Odoo standards

4. Manage PostgreSQL databases related to modules and system data

5. Install, configure, and test Odoo in local environments

6. Read, understand, and modify default Odoo modules

7. Create or adjust reports using QWeb/XML

8. Manage system security (Record Rules, Groups, Access Rights)

   
   

9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

10.       Document development and provide technical support to the team
