Do you have expertise in network infrastructure and hardware repair? PT Neural Technologies Indonesia is looking for an IT Support Specialist with experience in managing LAN projects, troubleshooting network issues, and working with a variety of IT equipment. If you’re ready to work in Sorong, Papua Barat, and support our IT systems, we’d love to have you on our team!

Requirements

1. Mastering network infrastructure; Mikrotik, Ubiquity, Fiber Optic, unifi PtP, Cambium Networks, CCTV, Solar Cell, ME, Door Access, IP Phone, and IP PABX.

2. Possessing knowledge and skills in hardware repair.

3. Having knowledge in the use of software applications.

4. Networks, WAN acceleration, virtualization, firewalls, routers, and others.

5. Having experience in managing LAN cabling projects.

6. Able to work collaboratively in a team and possessing good interpersonal skills.

7. Willing to be placed in Sorong, West Papua.
   
   

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and repair hardware and software such as: computer peripherals, operating systems, and LAN & VLAN networks (manageable switches, Cisco, HPE, etc.)

2. Install main switches and distribution switches, point-to-point radios, indoor & outdoor APs, ME & solar panel installations, CCTV, IP phones, SIP gateways

3. Monitor computer/LAN networks

4. Conduct fiber optic testing

5. Be responsible for resolving technical issues faced by users

6. Perform network troubleshooting

7. Analyze the best solutions for user problems

8. Create reports on issues and their resolutions

9. Ensure all user devices are connected to the network and functioning properly

10. Prepare the network and requirements for online meetings
